Start Small..Think BIG!!!

As mentioned in my previous posts ,the key to success in ELECTRONICS is by innovating ..but only innovating in this subject is not enough ..you have to get your hands dirty. So lets start talking about a few things that will blow up your mind or rather keep you highly engrossed in the thought that 'What can I make this weekend ?'  

 Before starting, let me tell you that one thing which is very important in our field --- is having a sense of appreciation at what others have already achieved...because we learn a lot by studying other people's work , and the same you guys are going to do .

Now ..the main question  where to start ???

  • First learn at least one programming language
The reason is very simple in this 'soft'- based world nothing is possible without knowing programming.
I will suggest try starting with Basic C. If you can learn basic C well ,you can grasp any other programming languages in 15 days.

  • Invest in an Arduino board
Arduino is like the first crush of any electronic engineers' life. So do respect her!!! For making great stuff easily , do always start with an arduino. Now  the obvious question, what is an ARDUINO ?
Arduino is a microcontroller , (totally open source) with which you can make great DIY  stuff.
For example, have you ever thought of making a door lock that will open up by pressing a  key in an android app...well you can easily make it with arduino. Or...have you ever thought of making a remote controlled car yourself...or for instance a DRONE / QUADCOPTER .if YES then do buy an arduino.

  • Create a Hackster account
Hackster is  a comunity that is dedicated to learning hardware .You can learn a lot of stuff from this community. Have a look at their website : https://www.hackster.io/
